I had 2 contracts with Virgin Mobile. In September, I requested a port out of my then already paid up contract for number #1. My 2nd number with virgin mobile #2 was to remain with virgin; This contract only expires in 2014. Virgin cancelled BOTH numbers!!! I have tried since SEPT to get this rectified.
I have on NUMEROUS occasions called in to try to rectify the problem AT MY COST!
I have been shunted from person to person, each one informing me that within 24 hours the #2 will be operational.
I have attempted to speak to managers within the cancellations department on many occasions - but agents will not transfer the calls. is there ANY management at Virgin mobile? I have never experienced such POOR, INCOMPETANT service in my entire life - this for a problem that was created by virgin to begin with.
All I have had has been excuses but NO results. Virgin - why bother to compete for business in SA if this is the service levels you prescribe to?
