I am completely and utterly disgusted by the serivice i have received from vodacom till thus far i purchased a new phone on the 17th and i have been having endless problems with my phone and no one is able to assist me their call centre agents are useless!! my cellphones network has been off the wholee weekend and none of them can tel me what the problem is i have even went as far aas sending emails but stil no response i will never use their pathetic serivice again they are the service provider out there!!!
