I would like to bring this to the General Manager attention, I received my new phone the Blackberry 9320 on the 14th of December 2012 from Virgin Mobile in Eastgate, for the first two months I had no issue, since March my phone started to give me issue's, I took it in to Virgin Mobile in April. I told Clive my phone is rebooting evering seven second'smy trackpad is not working, they took it in, 3 weeks later they phone to say my phone is ready, went in I asked the question have the repaired the phone, yes all is in order, day later after the repairs phone is still rebooting itself nothing was done about it, took it back to Clive in Eastgate on the 25.04.2013 told him this phone is still rebooting by itself every 7 seconds and this cause that my phone is permantly off nobody can phone me, received my phone on the 13.05.2013 back form Virgin Mobile, my phone is STILL rebooting by itself, I'm asking the question since the first repair nobody from the Service centre contact me to ask for my blackberry username and password to actually check when the phone is switch on to see why this phone is rebooting, I want a new phone or my money back.
