My 1mb uncapped "ALL INCLUSIVE" deal with mweb was meant to expire at the end of this month (October 2013 or end of today). Now what I don't understand is how Mweb can cancel my service before the end of the day??? I basically had no internet on my final day with Mweb (from about 10am and on-wards).
On top of it, Mweb bills you one Month in advance so I guess they don't care as long as they have their money. Sorry but my experience with Mweb has turned from Sour to horrible. First it was the throttling issue and now this.
I'm not sure If I will ever return to Mweb after this debacle. Seems like my money is better spent elsewhere.
