Paid up letter

Hi. I paid up my account and was told that it would take 14days for me to receive it. I made several calls for it and no one could help instead I got transferred from one agent to another pretending to be manager's then confirming they not. The last agent I spoke to placed me on hold. And dropped the call. I then decided to email and it's been 10 days and no response from them.
