Shocking non service from Virgin Mobile

I have 2 Galaxy S3 mini phones under contract in March, 2013. In the middle of Dec 2013, my phone's battery was swollen I booked the phone in at Virgin Mobile who told me the repair department was closed until 6/1/14. Samsung have admitted this problem with S3 mini & S4. The other phone started the same problem. That phone was booked in as well. I contacted Samsung direct about the problem. To cut a story short, Samsung couriered a new battery. I am still waiting for my phone. After struggling with 2 incompetent consultants Mon 13/1/14, I was put through to Kelebogile, who promised to come back to me yesterday. She didn't. After 3 calls I was put through to her. Nothing had been done by her. I told her to cancel the "repair" and return the phone to me. She said it would take 21 working days to return the phone a charge of R185. She became very arrogant and started speaking when I was talking to her. I ended the conversation. Request for managers to phone me never materialised. The worst customer service I have every come across. Warning to others who are thinking of taking out a contract with Virgin. DON'T!!!
