Handset still not activated since 11 December!

After agreeing to a contract with Virgin Mobile I was promised delivery of the phone. The phone was never delivered and I had to visit a branch. Finally got the phone on 11th of December but it still isn't working. I have been at the Eastgate Branch as well as in contact with head office. Both promised to have the phone working within 24 hours. It has now been two days and still no response or working phone! Pathetic!
