I am the caretaker of Newark Villas. Unit 27 ‘s geyser started to leak water Friday night. I have reported it to king price our insurer, and their plumber arrived Saturday 15.40 app. He however did not do anything because the geyser was still under warranty. Monday morning about 11.00 I followed up with king price on the progress regarding the geyser. I was told by Jean-Pierre that the plumber of kwikot contacted me, and I said to him that a plumber is not needed. THIS IS A BLATANT LIE!!! NOBODY OF KWIKOT EVEN CONTACTED ME!! Even later Monday it was reported to King Price that the geyser was replaced. Which is ANOTHER LIE!! WOW! Kwikot!! Is that how you service your customers??
