Poor Service

I changed from vodacom to Virgin moblie about 4 weeks ago. They told me that it would take 2 days to change my vodacom number to a virgin mobile number. I have been to the Eastgate branch around 10 times and they can't help me!! Then I went to the head office in Fourways and they said that it would sorted the next morning, but nothing happened. I have been waiting for a month now and nothing has happened. When I phoned to cancel my contract, the phone just went dead, and that happened 3 times. This is by far the worst service that I have experienced in my life, I have been patient in the beginning but from 2 days to a month is ridiculous. If I knew Virgin mobile's service is so poor, I would have never changed from Vodacom to Virgin mobile. And till now I am sitting with the problem that has not been solved. And the worst of all is that I must actually pay for this service. And as soon as you tell them them that you won't pay, they are the ones that want's to complain!!!
