Peter im so mad, im about to burst out with anger. my phone Samsung Galaxy Note 1 was not working, i called virgin for repair, the phone still under gurantee, it took a month for a Virgin Mobile to come fetch my phone for repair na d also took about 5 weeks for my phone to be repaired. the last ref: ALM135967. my account is up to date. one day aftre the phone was delivered, the phone was doing the same problem. the VOICE TALK open its self, when it does, phone doesnt charge, it opens many applications at the same time, i cant even try to send a text sms for a minute, it cancell all the activities that i wil be doin, it drops my calls. when try to charge it keeps on popin the battery low notice and i have to take the battery out to switch it off. im so mad, i tried calling virgin call center, i just got transferd from one department to another before i could explain my problem. im using a phone that i borrowed, this phoe its not even 2yrs old. i need my phone fixed please, now i have to pay anothher months not using my phone
