Lipco Law For All
Slow and bad service

My membership number 79007111. My wife reported a problem she had w.r.t a garnishee order that she received for debt that she was paying as per agreed with the company that made the judgement against her. She reported this problem to LIPCO for the first time on 15/11/2011. On 05/12/2012 she had to sign and send a "special power of Attorney" to LIPCO. Up to today neither of us has heard anything from LIPCO. I left a message on Friday 18/01/2013 for the adviser to call me back which never happened. Today on the 14/01/2013 i called this morning and he told me that he was very by and will call me back. i called again at 15H00 and was told by him that he will call me back.20 min later i received a call from him and he said that he does not really have an answer w.r.t my wife`s problem and that he will have to speak to one of the more senior people at their office. Now i wonder why did he call me back if he had no real news to give me, and why is this problem taking so long to sort out???

Very bad service from lipco law for all,i opened a case with them on 11/12/2023 till today all they said was to apologize and promised to get back to me which they never did whenever i call them still no help or communication from them
