I took out a contract December 2013, with 8ta, my iPhone broke the screen, went back to 8ta to get the phone booked in for repairs, I was advised that since it is a physical damage I might be billed, I agreed to that. That was on the 20/04/2012 I received an SMS to pay an amount of R188.10 on the 30/04/2013 I then received an SMS to pay then on the 8th I will receive an SMS to say the phone is back at eastgate but will be delivered in 4 days, I went to 8ta eastgate this afternoon to collect my phone, to my surprise the phone wasn't fixed, no one informed me of that and there was no reason given to say why it wasn't fixed.
I paid money just to have 8ta keep my phone and bring it back as is.
