I received an sms on the 27th Sep 2013 informing me I can go to my nearest Virgin Mobile branch and upgrade my phone. On arrival, the store 'Eastgate Virgin' told me I must come back in a weeks time or pay in R130. They wasted my petrol and time. Why was I sent an sms telling me I can upgrade my phone?
