I made a compliant regarding my 6mb/s line only getting 2Mb/s from Afrihost. This fell of deaf ears. I had to trash their facebook page just to get a response. The only response I got was that they dont know what the issue is. I have had Telkom out, the issue is not on their side. Kyle Baytopp is handling my issue... he responds maybe once a week, but the response only comes after posting comments on their facebook page numerous times. Kyle can't help me. He does not know what the issue is, but he is apparently the only expert there?! Once every 2 weeks a guy calls from afrihost to ask if the issue from Hellopeter.com has been resolved. When I say "no" his reply is "ok, I dont know what to do". Absolute shocking service!
