I complained previously on hello peter about consultants that waste my time and no one ever helped me solve the issue.
Kyle suggested that he collect the device from me in December and I had the device with me for 2 weeks with no response from him. I also suspect that the device is faulty, however, only someone at Afrihost will be able to verify this.
The previous complaint sent to Kyle held 3 email correspondents of other consultants at Afrihost that I had communicated with in order to resolve this. I have had in Total now 9 consultants who still cannot solve this issue and cannot contact MTN or provide me with the MTN consultant who handles my request.
Absolutely the worst service provider I have seen by far.
The consultants that I corresponded with are :
Kyle, Ashanti, Blaine, Prince, Katlego, Zayne, Samantha, Ronny, Warren.
Also when requesting to complain to a superior the obvious answer is that no one is available.
