I have chosen Afrihost for my ISP, but it seems I have made a huge mistake.
I have gone for the 2mbps ADSL Uncapped and line rental bundle for R600 p/m
My Internet has been down for the last 8 Days.
I have done the following over the last 8 Days to try and remedy the issue:
1. Support Chat every night for last 8 days - No Joy
2. Used 3 different routers with the login details provided by afrihost -No Joy
3. Called customer service numerous times - No Joy
4. Sent numerous e-mails - No Joy
