Support service is incompetent and not accountable

I raised an issue with Afrihost about 2 years ago in order for them to move a domain and update debit order details.
Till today there has not been a competent support agent who came back to me with a willingness to resolve the issue. Instead different people contact me and I have to explain the issue every single time.

I do not want anything from them further, I am just warning people that Afrihost's support service is incredibly bad so rather take your money to someone who will care about your business and attempt to get issues resolved instead of trying to close out the tickets as soon as possible.

I am really serious when I say the issue is taking over 2 years to fix. What they do is that they respond with a lame answer and close the support ticket and you have to open a new one each time.

Afrihost is not the way to go.
