I have been struggeling for months with afrihost because they cant supply the services they are charging me for.
I have been handed from consultant to consultant but nobody is able to help. They have even admitted to me that their network is not able to carry the amount of traffic. When I said I think this is unacceptable, I was told to take my business elsewhere by Kyle Baytopp.
I was then handed to Derrick Bartlet, who was able to better the situation by a fraction. So I decided to stay on as he seemed willing to help. They credited my account for poor services, yet they keep deducting the money for zero service.
I have been contacted numerous times about my hellopeter posts to find out if they have been resolved, hen I say no, the standard answer is they will look into it... but that's where it ends.
DO NOT BECOME AN Afrihost customer.
