BILLED FOR A CANCELLATION

In September 2013 i took out a deal with a consultant over the phone for an IPhone 4 at R 199 thought it was a good deal and that it was for specific clients as i was on holiday and could not browse it at that time.
the consultant to me and supplied me with the incorrect sim card as well and when i called Vodacom they assured me that everything was sorted out and the contract was cancelled a few days later i received the phone and called them back and they said that it was sorted out and the contract has been cancelled and they will arrange the collection of it.
the past 2 billings that i received had the cancelled contract billed in it as well and every time i call now they keep saying that it is done but i get no response after that pertaining to the matter being sorted out.
i have called numerous times and always got told they will call me back with confirmation of the matter being resolved but never receive the call from them even the Manager said he will call me back in 10 minutes but i am still waiting.
