Missed calls/Losing Network/Lack of Assistance/LTE

Since Friday 25 October, 2013, my Note 3 has been losing network, firstly when I took a trip to the Waterfront, and later Artscape, and now even in the are I reside in Claremont, I have missed calls, I most times now cannot make calls, I went to the Vodashop with service centre at the Waterfront twice, and each time they assured me the problem was resolved or I got an sms from Vodacom saying they are working on the problem and two days ago I got an sms saying the problem is resolved,

Today the same problem occurred, I just lost network. The worst part is I was told to turn of my LTE reception on my phone which is "apparently not meant to be switched on unless in an LTE location", which does not make sense. The Vodacom ad on [URL Removed] speaks of how Vodacom is the best network, with the fastest speeds, having been a customer since 2003 on this network, I have now started considering switching networks for the first time as nobody seems prepared to fix this problem on this phone I have had for a barely a month, which I bought thinking my old phone had a problem, now I begin to think it is the network. Really disappointed!!
