Once again I was blown away by sterling support by Afrihost. This time the compliment goes to Mohammed N.
I had 2 serious queries (after working hours... 5pm). Mohammed assisted me promptly and SUPER fast.
The one issue was not actually an Afrihost issue to solve, but he did anyway. The other was a very complicated database problem with a massive site on one of my domains. Again, without any issue, Mohammed sorted it for me without any hassle.
This is the really WOW thing about Afrihost. You don't need to log your query, wait for a reply in maybe the next 24hrs, give more information and then like in most cases with other hosting companies, explain the whole situation to someone new that has now taken over your query.
You get in touch with one of the tech support guys or girls and they sort everything out there and then.
BIG UP to Mohammed!!!
