Cellc doing softwear update for wrong model

On the 13-09-2013 I gave my phone (blackberry 9320) to CNA for a softwear update and I was told that it with be done within 3weeks. The 3weeks went by no one gave me a call about my phone one the 4th week I got the call that my phone was back so when I got to the store to pick up my phone I put it on
to test with they have done the softwear when I put my phone on my scroll aswel as my keypad wasn't working which was working when the phone was given in. When I looked thru the paper work about the test they have done the phone passed all test and was tested under the wrong model of phone (blackberry 9630) when I rebooked the phone in to sort the keypad and scroll it was rejected saying that the software was done on the cellc network which has nothing to do with the phones softwear and the second time the phone was booked in for the keypad and scroll not softwear. Its been 8weeka now and I still don't have my phone. I as a customer is very off with the after sale service of CellC and will not advice anyone to use CellC due to there after sale service
