I have 3 contracts with cellc all in my name and paid by me. I have sent 2 blackberry phones to cellc the 1st was I sent it 2 years ago after only using it for a month they refused to repair or replace saying they can't fix my phone I must throw it away even today I'm still paying for services I'm not using.
So I got another phone from them because they did not even give me a phone to use while they are buzy with my phone still a cellc contract I spefically asked for a phone insurance to cover for damages and loss. I took in my phone again they want me to pay R1800 for repair because they are claiming that the simcard is not right one but it is one of my cellc contracted simcard. I part with about R1200 every month for my cellc accounts and all of them are up to date and payed in full on time I am still paying for all the services I don't even use at all. They refuse to replace 2 phones now and worse I got insurance to avoid such things. Kindly please assist me to get 2 of my blackberry phone from cellc I am paying for them.
