The debit order for my cell phone account went of twice. We had the second debit order reversed and now I cannot use my phone as I am told my bill has not been paid. I urgently need to sort this out as I need my cell phone and I have been on the phone first to the Canal Walk branch and then to the call centre. Every time I called the phone kept ringing and ringing with no answer. When the phone was finally answered, I was told there will tended to the issue later as there is a high volume of calls coming in. This is unacceptable and I consider it as terrible client service.
