I had sent my phone in to Vodacom Repair centre about a month back due to a faulty trackpad. the phone came back with the trackpad replaced AND KEYPAD, i dont know for what reason, there was nothing wrong with the keypad. Inany case, the keypad they put was faulty and i booked the phone in AGAIN the very next day, for the second time. the phone got back two days ago with NOTHING replaced, the damaged keypad was still on, i could feel the keys. the repair report indicated a software flash, who asked for that??!! the report also indicated the wrong phone model, wrong customer name, but the IMEI number of MY phone.. however, i booked the phone in AGAIN immediately at the store!!! for the third time! this is not on VODACOM!! i dont expect this, this matter could be taken up to Consumer Council South Africa, i havnt had a phone for the last month, in addition, i dont want a refurb phone from vodacom, as this phone was a refurb. the Consumer act clearly states that faulty products should be replaced if not repaired, the refurb phones are worse than my phone that i sent in. i am not afraid to take this up further, i expect a response.
