Cell C
Scheme to make you buy a phone every 2nd month

I bought a phone on the 21st April, I was using Vodacom all these past years and decided to switch to CellC network and didn't know that I was making the biggest mistake of my life.
Less than a month later, the phone started giving me problems and I returned to the store (Edgars), the lady gave me serious attitude and I went back home.
A friend of mine who was using CellC and change to Vodacom had also the same problem with her phone. She went to Vodacom Store and less than a week later, they called her back to collect her replacement. She advice me to do so since it couldn't take time.
On the 10th of July I left the phone at the store, the phone was working but was going off after a small choc, no one called to say that the phone was back at the store and I called on Monday 26, they told me you phone is back and CellC can not fix it. I went to the store and my poor phone could not even switch on or charge, different screws were used and I didn't take my phone.
I understand now that CellC has a scheme to push you to buy a phone every 2nd month.
I will never advice anyone to use CellC, neve
