I would like to complain about the Atrocious service received by CellC with regards to getting my phone fixed!

3 weeks after receiving my upgrade phone (Blackberry Q5) from CellC direct did some of the buttons on the keypad just stop working! I then took the phone to a CellC store and they advised me they will have the phone for up to 21 working days and don't give out replacement phones in the mean time, after leaving messages for CellC to call me back to discuss this and hearing nothing after months today I refused to be called back and persisted to hold and was on hold for over 10 min at one stage to be told the manager doesn't have time to talk to me and that they can't help me further.

I'm still sitting with a phone that doesn't work and feel that after this disgusting service CellC should replace the phone with a new one as they are not taking responsibility to get the phone fixed and don't care that people require their phones for work these days and can't sit without one for a month!
