On the 12.09.13, I visited the Voda Shop in La Lucia Mall in the afternoon, after receiving a mobile invoice to the value of R1701.87.My monthly billing normally R750-R900.Having always dealt with Kyle from the La Lucia branch who has always been most helpful, he put me through to his Manager Prenisha who was able to access my account further..Upon her research, she had noticed that the Data cap/Call limit that had been initially put on by their centre had been lifted for no reason, and that I was being billed even though my Data of 1GB&a 500mb once off was still active, unable to assist further they recommended Voda Help centre at Gateway. On the13.09.13 in the evening I was assisted by Vaneshri at the Gateway Branch, who then moved me to Brendon, who located that something was pulling/updating on my phone from 4-5am, I also complained about the fact that I don't email off my phone, I access that at work and that I track my data very punctually. He explained he couldn't assist but he would log it to I.T. On the 18th I went back to query things again with Vaneshri who switched OFF my cellular data, only to realise once I left that the phone needs it ON in order to function!! todays the 30th
