Vodacom
Lackberry 9300 loose keypad

Good day

the 4th of april i booked my phone in cos of a faulty scroll button.after the scroll button was fixed my problems started. my phone kept on rebooting itself and had no signal.i took it back and was informed that it has to be send to jhb repair centre for a software upgrade. i waited 2 weeks n collected my phone . the lady told me its not my original phone but a refurbished one. the phone they gave me had a loose keypad and i took it back after a week . they send it to jhb again . i waited 2 weeks again n collected it just to find out that they are giving me a phone with the same problem. i booked it in again and waited 2 weeks again - no one contacted me . i phoned to asked what the hold up is and i was informed that they had never send my phone cos there is nothing wrong with it. i phoned the head office n was assisted first by a very unfriendly lady. after numerous calls i was told that the manager will contact me to solve my problem within 24hours. he came back to me after another call from me after 2 working days days. i was informed i should collect my phone - the refurbished one with the loose keypad still. its more than 2 months now that i am without my phone.
