Blackberry broken 3 times in less than 24 months

I received a Blackberry 8520 with my contract upgrade in January 2012. Within the first 6 months the scroll key started giving problems and then stopped working. I took it in for repairs, only to be given a refurbished phone. This refurbished phone's scroll key also played up and stopped working in a shorter space of time. I phoned the Blackberry/Vodacom support centre and was advised to take the phone in, as I had done before. I went to Eastgate Customer Care and handed the phone in on the 4th of August. I was notified that the phone was ready for collection today. I tested the phone in store and it seemed to work fine, however, the scroll key was not responsive later as I was re-installing previous applications. Now the scroll key has stopped working yet again. I am completely dissatisfied with this, as I use my phone for business as well. I am losing productivity with a phone that regularly malfunctions. I would like Vodacom to ensure that I have a NEW phone, as they should have done the first time around.
