Poor Custumer relations

I have been a client of Vodacom over 10 years. The first time that I am having trouble with my phone they advised they need to send it in to see what the problem is. I agreed to this after receiving a refurbished phone (second hand repaired phone) I used it for 4 weeks were this phone deleted all my contacts and info off the phone 4 times. after each time I did a softwear upgrade I even went as far as to take the phone directly to black berry to upgrade the soft ware. I took the phone back to Vodacom after I have lost my contacts for the 4th time.
Only to advise me they will send the phone in again!!! I got a call yesterday from them to say I can collect the phone they did as SOFTWEAR UPGRADE. After I told them I did it 3 times!!! What kind of SERVICE is this to a client of over 10 years!!! I will only take a new phone as that is more than reasonable from me!!! Phathetic did they not listen when I told them I did software upgrades 3 times...
