Terrible service

I took my phone (a blackberry) in because it kept switching off and on and the scroll pad was not working properly.

I got my phone back and tested it quickly to make sure that the scroll pad was working and that the phone stayed on. i was advised that a software upgrade was done and that the scroll pad had been replaced. As it seemed to be in working order again i left the store only to discover later on the my phone had come back in a terrible condition. The phone that i have looked after for just over a year looked like a teenager had been using it for 5 years. The "g" no longer worked, the whole keyboard was lose, the screen was lifting and the phone was filthy!!!

I took it back to Virgin Mobile on 23/02/2013 and was told that it would be marked urgent as it was a second book in. I contacted the store on Friday, 01/03/2013 to follow up on my phone and asked that they please contact the repair company to find out when my phone will be ready. it is now three days later and i have still not received an answer. I phoned this morning and was told that i would be called right back. I am still waiting.

I am disgusted by this service!!!
