42 days thats called POOR SERVICE

Hi

Its been 42 day and still my first queries have not been answered. The only feedback that i get are reference numbers that I'm sure is generated by an auto reply email.

My Reference numbers are 7077318, 7080108 and REQ: 2817927.

I hope this serves as a warning to all your prospective customers, "once they have you they don't want to let go, 42 Days DON'T BE A VICTIM OF POOR SERVICE".

They charged me for 2 months since my first query the last amount was R586 which is R118 more than my monthly installment. Who knows Why and they did not even tell me that my installment will increase?

I want everyone that uses this site to watch this post and see how easily they (mtn) give me a reference number without positive feedback regarding something that should have been solved at least a month ago.
