Bad customer-related services at Stay Easy Southern Sun Hotel, Cape Town. Neighbors banging all night till checkout. Inadequate accommodation. No respect from front managers. Total ignorance toward our complaint. Paid R1700 cash, checked in at 2 am on 25th December, checked out at 11 am, told no breakfast included. Hotel says there's nothing they can do. No toiletries. Room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Not enough towels. Blocked shower drain flooding whilst showering. Manager doesn’t care; he says it’s not their customer service policy to entertain our complaint.
