On the 2013-01-06 at 22h30 I check my airtime balance it was R454-00, On the 2013-01-07 I check my balance again it refected an amount of R109-00.I phone Mtnsp to enquire about It, spoke a client services consultant a ladycalled Tumi or somehting an explained to her the situation, she in reply in formed me that she can't she, see what is the problem on her system she give me reference number955591337, later that day I went on my pc to check the staus of the complaint on query section on mtnsp billing query sectionit told invalid reference number so the consultant give a bogus number... I did it via my pc the complaint an got this reference number 95553397.on tuesday 08 I spoke to another consultant again at about 21h00 the evening to ask any info on that first reference number no information available, she give me another ref number 1599230, an tolkd me to phone again after 72 hours then I will receive feedback. Today I called an serviceconsul Miss Gravel informed that she cannot see anything related to my queries on her system.no work has been done the reference numbers sthat I have supplied to her, the previous consul wrongfully load cell no..new refe 955664416, have wait 72hours again
