WRONGFUL BILLING OF ACCOUNT

I would like to mention that my October 2013 Invoice reflects that Autopage has billed me on a Contract that I closed with them almost 2years ago. To be exact on the termination date of my old Contract this is January 2012. When I questioned this with Autopage, all I received from the staff is stubbornness from the staff and failure to understand my plight. Prior to this enquiry I was told 3rdparty companies access my cellphone and use funds from my no. to download data that they insist I used by agreeing to sms they sent me. When I enquire with these 3rdparty companies they inform me that they only deduct funds from my airtime only! Then I ask, why did Autopage deduct funds from account outside of my current contract which is a MTN TopUP Contract that works with airtime. When I try to cancel my contract with autopage about wrongful billing and they still inform me that I must still pay over a contract cancellation amount to them. I find this completely unfair treatment and a violation of trust from Autopage. This is the second occurrence that this has happened.
