Hopeless service delivery

1. Sim card swop: no connection after 10 days (5 times reported)
2. Ref numbers means nothing. You just get a new one. Still no connection.
3. Unable to terminate the contract or any form of compensation.
4. Took 6 months to get voice mail activated.
5. upgrade done on my account. Reported on MTN line... needless to say more reference numbers... no reaction.
6. Services loaded incorrectly on main account... more reference numbers and zero action.
7. The store try their best, but HQ gives them the same... reference numbers and zero action.

The problem is not the store, but the MTN operating system. Quality assurance does not exist and they can not be reached... you only speak to a low level operator that dish out reference numbers like sweets... hope you go away so you can phone again and get another reference number. MTN IS A FACELESS COMPANY, ONCE YOU SIGN THE CONTRACT, YOU ARE ON YOUR OWN.
They feel nothing for the fact that my contract bring them R3000.00 per month worth of business.

VODACOM is much better. They have no client service issues.
