I ordered products telephonic middle June 2013. Both the orders was wrong - first problem. I phoned for them to get a reference number for the return of the wrong products. After the 3rd call, eventually I got claims reference numbers. Two weeks ago I phoned again with the reference numbers to pick the products up, but it is still lying waiting at the pick-up point. Never had problems the previous year, but this is ridiculous. After almost 2 months the wrong products is still not collected or sorted out.
