I have been phoning mid month every month since 30 November 2012. Each time I am told it till take 14 days for my query to be resolved.
My latest reference number is 800 127 2222. I was double billed a deposit amount.
Previous reference numbers I have are 80012305466 and 8202190176085.
Please let me know when this will be resolved. I suspect that the CoJ may be hoping I just give up all hope and pay the second deposit billing but never fear, I still have a few months of complaining in me.
