INCORRECT INSTALLMENT

I have tried since 15 March 2013, to bring it under the attention of Edgars that they are charging me an incorrect instalment on my 6 month account. Or they have to explain why they are over-charging me. On 15 March 2013 I sent an e-mail to : [Email Removed] (as it is stated on my monthly account) enquiring why my instalment amount is so high. I did my own calculation and according to my calculation they overcharge me by a lot. I even said I will send them my Excel spreadsheet (on the spreadsheet I listed all purchases per invoice, divide each one by 6 as it is a 6 month account and add up each month what I am supposed to pay - including the monthly fees). No response. On 30 April 2013 I e-mailed them again. Yet no response. On 30 April 2013 I logged a complaint on the website, whereafter they sent me the same reference number about 50 times which was not appreciated. One response would have done. I received abut 50 different reference numbers which was not appreciated as it over floods my e-mail account. Since then I have not had ANY response YET AGAIN to my query. This is absurd.
