Phoned in more than once, last call was more than an half an hour just to get the statement of my deductions from from last year March 2012 - February 2013. They insisted on sending 12 statements which I agreed on at the end but had to give 2 email addresses and I still have not received anything!
When asked for a one pager the one said " it is not on in my job description, 2 of the agents transferred me back into the client services loop after they told me to hold.
Three calls three reference numbers, no query solved.
