On the 16th of Jan I submitted an email querying my bill as i was charged for packet switched data calls. I usually make sure I don't go over the 2GB that's allocated every month. For the past 1 year, all has been well but from December I've been billed for the Packet switched data calls however the Dec/January bill was rather high and i need an explanation. I got a response from Lebo on the 20th of Jan stating that my query would be attended to in 7-10 days. Until today I don't have feedback? So I raised the query again yesterday (4 Feb) for feedback and I got a response saying the current standard turnaround time is 24 working days. That is not acceptable for me. First its 7-10 days now its 24???
Can someone look into my account query and just give me feedback! I wont be able to answer my phone due to work so urgent feedback via email will be highly appreciated.
