Lost number & Airtime credit

The account in question fell behind with payments and as a result was suspended, I explained to the Legal consultant PALESA NDEBELE as to the reasons for my bad credit. She said that I would need to pay 70% of the Total amount of R 10 041.61 as per my Telephone request for a statement on the 12 March 2013. She tole me that as soon as I get the funds and pay this amount my account will be re-instated with the full months credit of all the months I wasnt using the line/number.

I also asked her this in an e-mail dated 12 March 2013. I have continuously called in to re-assure that I was trying to make a way to make payment as I was and have lost alot of business because my line was suspended.

I called MTN today & was told my account was now R 16 510.00 in arrears. She told me that I was being charged monthly. She gave me the banking details and told me that i have forfeited all the airtime from all the months and my number has also been given to someone else.

I always knew that I was getting my number and the full airtime credit for all the months billed. I don't get calls, statement & invoices so I don't understand how or when I lost my number as I wasnt told by the consultant.
