Waiting almost a year for an e-mail

I have had a complaint against ABSA bank since January 2010 - was committed on my 1 account.

My credit card has since been handed over to Norton Attorneys for collection.

I have been getting phone calls from Norton Attorneys for almost a year. During EVERY phone call, I asked that they e-mail me a statement that I can see what is my outstanding amount and that I can make payment arrangements.

I had a serious fight with ABSA on 6 March 2013:
I asked them AGAIN for the e-mail statement and said that I've been asking Norton Attorneys for it for MONTHS!!
The ABSA consultant told me that NOWHERE on their system has my request been noted.

13 March 2013 at 09:06 Zandele from Norton Attorneys phoned me. I asked to speak to her manager and was eventually transfered to Adelaide.
I told Adelaide that I've been asking for an e-mail statement for ALMOST a year!!

She PROMISED that she'd mail it to me within 30 minutes.
I told her that I will take legal action against her PERSONALLY if I don't have it by end of business

It's now 12:41 on 14 March 2013 - I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED the mail
