I paid my account on the 22/06/2013 used a wrong ref number. I forwarded my pop to the credit controll department was assisted by [Email Removed] and was told everything is sorted line was opened. To my surprise i received a sms on the 30/07/2013 stating that my line will be suspended because of non payment then it was suspended. Called the customer care and was advised that they did recieve my pop and my query was resolved however payment wasnt allocated to this date and it will take the them 72 hours to open my line.this is unacceptable as i followed the procedure and they have the required doc to resolve the query... my line is closed and cant recieve nor make outgoing calls
