Vodacom Has Given Me Bad Credit

I was called by Vodacom in 2012 and they offered me R 75 per month contract that will be debited from my bank account monthly, I agreed to their terms and they started debiting they money at the end of the same month. After the 3rd month that I had paid the R75 as well as the start up fees of the contract in the first month, as vodacom requested, I noticed that I had never received any airtime as they promised... After speaking to a consultant I was told that vodacom has been loading the airtime to a wrong number that has never belonged to me and that i had been paying for someone else's airtime all along... after another few months of paying the R75 went by and vodacom not fixing their mistake i cancelled the debit order... It has been 11 months since I first logged a request for this to be sorted out and still nothing has been done i have already send them a letter that i had stamped at the police station stating that the number they are loading the airtime on is not mine. what must I do this has given me bad credit and vodacom doesn't want to sort this out even after the owner of the number that is receiving the airtime contacted vodacom and told them this is a mistake.
