What to do now? this is not acceptable

On Saturday i went to Fourways Mall at vodacom to upgrade on one of my contracts i took a laptop with. While i was looking at my options, i tell the guy who was doing my upgrade that one of the main and important functions i need to be able to access information from my external hard drive to be able to send it to clients most of the time. I do this for business and he advised me to take the Tablet Note 10.1 and he said i must then buy a samsung adapter flash drive 10.1 but they dont have on stock and he said i must go get it at Matrix. Ive been to Matrix 2 braches in fourways and fourways crossing, Samsung and incredible connections fourways crissing, Cedar Square Dion Wired, my whole sartutuday got finished because i was looking for it everywhere because i needed this urgently as i do busness and need to access the information on my hard drive. Today i finally decided to call Samsung and ask where I can get it and they told me there is no such. Now Im stuck with this Tablet that i can even use for the purpose i need it for. This is really not acceptable and infuriating beyond words. really annoying. Why give me the wrong information in the 1st place, what to do now?
