I have purchased my mobile on 07/05/2013 and it has now the common Samsung issue of failing to charge or being used without the charger attached. I sent my phone into Vodacom repairs Fourways Mall and because I have a slight crack on my screen that does not limit the phones use at all. I get told that my warranty is void because the phone has external damage. Then I ask the person helping me that when and where was I formed that this was how the " warranty " worked and they tell me that it used to say this in the box but now the only place this can be seen is on the website. So I then explain that I have not been on the website to see this at all and then he had no reply for me. I have had my phone for 8 months and now they are telling me that they can't fix the issue until my screen is fixed. This is a joke and I am not impressed at all with Vodafone and Samsung! What is the point of a warranty if they will not fix the main issue at hand.
