I purchased a Samsung Tablet 2 at the Vodacom at Pinecrest in Pinetown on advice of the consultant comparing the ipad and tablet but advised i should purchase the Samsung tablet but less than 1 month of having it in my possession it started acting up, it was very slow and froze all the time. The bluetooth never came on and the GPS navigation disappeared and therefore it required a software upgrade. I went back to Vodacom Pinecrest and they sent me to Voda shop Gateway. When i went there i lost all my applications, photos and music. Two months later it started acting up again and applications started disappearing so i went to Vodacom Fourways mall. They took it in and advised it required a software upgrade, therefore i lost all my information again. My tablet now is very slow again and it switches off by itself, the memory card doesn't read and the phone doesn't take photos. I am very disappointed that i was given a dud product after i have been a good customer that has never defaulted etc i would never recommend anyone to purchase a phone from Vodacom Pinecrest and i will be cancelling my contract to move to another mobile network that sells quality and working products.
