Back order - Samsung 7Inch Tablet

I am typing this with tears in my eyes, My husband and I went in to Vodacom 4u store at Fourways mall and were assisted by a guy named Ndumiso, My husband was looking to buy a tablet, I wasnt particularly interested in any phone at the time. Ndumiso however told us of the speacial they had for a Samsung Tablet and Galaxy S3. This deal made sense and we decided to take it. We went in on 01 March 2013. Then on 08 March 2013 I got my Samsung S3 and my husband was told that the Samsung Tablet is on back order and that we would get it Tuesday (11 March 2013). I have been following up with him everyday since then and the tablet is still on back order. Someone please tell me if this is the kind of service that one should expect? I can just imagine what the next 24 months will be like. This is unacceptable and according to my husband we should take the S3 back and cancel the whole deal... which makes sense as we are not pleased with the service. Had we known the tablet would be in back order indefinitely we would have never bothered with the deal... I am so off at the service we have received so far...
